Returns & Refunds Policy

Return window
• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Condition of returns
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resellable condition. Please include your order number.

 

How to start a return
• Email harveybruceliving@gmail.com or call 0800 756 5286 within 14 days of delivery and we’ll provide return instructions, including the return address.

 

Return shipping & restocking fee
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to returned items and will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days after inspection for the refund to appear (timings can vary by bank).

 

Exclusions
• For hygiene or custom-made items (where applicable), returns may not be accepted unless faulty, in line with consumer law.

 

Faulty or damaged items
• If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, contact us at harveybruceliving@gmail.com or 0800 756 5286 with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

 

Warranty (90 days)
• We honour valid warranty claims for manufacturing defects within 90 days of receipt. Email harveybruceliving@gmail.com or call 0800 756 5286 with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. If approved, we’ll cover return shipping for confirmed warranty cases and process a repair, replacement, or refund.
