Using our website
By placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at checkout applies to your order.

 

Products, pricing & availability
• We aim to describe and price products accurately. If we discover an error, we will contact you and you may cancel or reconfirm your order.
• All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT (if applicable).
• Availability is not guaranteed; if an item is unavailable we’ll notify you and refund any payment taken.

 

Ordering & payment
• Your order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we email your order confirmation/dispatch notice.
• Payment is taken via our secure payment provider at checkout. We do not store card details.

 

Delivery
• UK delivery only (no international shipping). Typical delivery time is 2–7 business days from dispatch. See our Delivery Policy for details.

 

Risk & title
• Risk in the goods passes on delivery. Title passes once we receive full payment.

 

Returns & refunds
• You may request a return within 14 days of receipt, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy (including a 15% restocking fee). Certain items may be excluded for hygiene/custom reasons where applicable by law.

 

Warranty
• We provide a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. See Returns & Refunds Policy for process.

 

Limitation of liability
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the price paid for the product(s), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

 

Events beyond our control
• We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events outside our reasonable control.

 

Governing law
• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. UK courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Delivery Policy (UK Only)

 

Where we deliver
• We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only (no international shipping).

 

Delivery times & processing
• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
• Typical UK delivery timeframe: 2–7 business days from dispatch.
• We’ll email you when your order has been dispatched; tracking may be provided where available.

 

Delivery charges
• Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

 

Delivery issues
• If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery where possible or photograph the damage and contact us promptly so we can assist.
• If your parcel is delayed beyond the timeframes above, contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.

 

Undeliverable parcels
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we can resend it; additional delivery charges may apply.

Returns & Refunds Policy

 

Return window
• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Condition of returns
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resellable condition. Please include your order number.

 

How to start a return
• Email harveybruceliving@gmail.com or call 0800 756 5286 within 14 days of delivery and we’ll provide return instructions, including the return address.

 

Return shipping & restocking fee
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to returned items and will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days after inspection for the refund to appear (timings can vary by bank).

 

Exclusions
• For hygiene or custom-made items (where applicable), returns may not be accepted unless faulty, in line with consumer law.

 

Faulty or damaged items
• If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, contact us at harveybruceliving@gmail.com or 0800 756 5286 with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

 

Warranty (90 days)
• We honour valid warranty claims for manufacturing defects within 90 days of receipt. Email harveybruceliving@gmail.com or call 0800 756 5286 with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. If approved, we’ll cover return shipping for confirmed warranty cases and process a repair, replacement, or refund.
